Founded in the early 1980’s on the rolling hills of Hollister California by father Bill Clyde, “Clyde Development” was the roots for what was to eventually become James Clyde Homes (JCH). After Bill’s untimely death, the family relocated to Idaho March of 2002.
He too understood the importance of standing behind his work and also incorporated his name.

Kristina joined the James Clyde team as the Client Selections Coordinator with over fifteen years experience in Interior Design.
Kristina
Previously working for a local interior design business, Kristina chose to take on a new challenge and learn more about the industry by working for James Clyde Homes (JCH).
Kristina has a degree in Interior Design and a well-rounded knowledge of architectural and interior design including space planning, product knowledge, specification and drafting techniques.
During her years in design, Kristina has earned a variety of accomplishments including Space Planner of the Year.
As an avid fan of the outdoors, she loves to go hiking and camping whenever possible.
When time allows, Kristina also volunteers at her children’s school and teaches art.
Shane serves as the head of our Warranty department and spends his days catering to the needs of our previous & current home owners.
Whether it is for maintenance related issues or home improvement remedies, Shane is our go-to person and always completes the job with accuracy and excellence.
Raised in Boise, Idaho.
Shane attended Northwest Lineman college and graduated in 2010. After completing Lineman College, Shane went on to receive his Real Estate License as well.
In Shane’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his son Layne. Taking him boating, fishing, dirt biking- they both share a love for the outdoors.

John Denny serves as an excellent project manager, and is the man you will be dealing with on a day to day basis during the building process.
Responsible for the development of your home from beginning to end, he will coordinate and manage the many detailed processes necessary to make the project run as smoothly as possible.
Although a finish carpenter by trade, Denny attended BSU to study graphic design as well as completing all the rigorous training in Oregon’s police academy.
It is his precision for details and following instruction that makes Denny such a good fit within JCH.
He oversees the work conducted by subcontractors according to strict deadlines and quality control.
Denny Influences subs to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work by effectively communicating project expectations to both contractors and clients.
